We respect your sovereignty, including your right to leave the Balnce ecosystem. Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once completed, all operational data we hold will be erased, and your sovereign Core Node data will remain fully under your control.
Steps to Delete Your Account
From Your Core Node: Open your Balnce app or Core Node dashboard.
Navigate to Settings: Go to Settings > Account.
Request Deletion: Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Email Confirmation: You will receive an email from privacy@balnce.ai to confirm deletion. Click the link to finalize.
Revoking Access: Once confirmed, all operational data (support tickets, payment records, contact info) will be deleted within 30 days. Your personal data on your sovereign Core Node remains entirely under your control.
Important Notes
Deletion cannot be undone once finalized.
Your sovereign STM Fabric remains only on the hardware you control — Balnce AI has no ability to delete or access it.
If you are part of a Business Agentic Network (BAN), please contact your organization’s administrator to delete your account.
